Harness Risk Partners ("we", "us") is an insurance and risk advisory firm. This policy explains what information this website (harnessriskpartners.com) collects when you use the contact form or the "Talk to us" chat, and what we do with it. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form — your name, email address, organization, and the message you write.
• "Talk to us" chat — whatever you type in the conversation, which may include your company name, sector, coverage needs, company size, current broker, timeline, and contact details (name, role, email, phone) if you share them.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The chat assigns your browser a random session identifier (stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie) so that if you return to the same device and browser, you continue the same conversation rather than starting over — this identifier is not linked to your identity beyond what you choose to tell us in the chat itself.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess your insurance or risk advisory needs, and follow up with relevant information or a proposal. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party for marketing purposes.

How it's processed and stored

This site and the chat run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Contact form and chat submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database and, where you provide enough detail for a member of our team to follow up, an internal email notification is sent via our transactional email provider, Resend. The chat's replies are generated using Cloudflare's AI service, which processes the text of the conversation to generate a response; it is not used to train models on your data. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to Harness Risk Partners staff.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and chat information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law — including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — to:

• Ask what information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason;
• Withdraw consent to being contacted.

Security

Submissions to this site are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Internal tools used to review enquiries are access-restricted to authorized staff. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
